- For orders placed by May 31, 2026: Valid until June 30, 2026.
- For orders placed from June 1, 2026, onwards: Valid until December 31, 2026.

- ในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีการรับบริการเพิ่มเติมนอกเหนือจากในโปรแกรมดังกล่าว ลูกค้าจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

- This vaccine program cannot be administered to children under 18 years old or pregnant women
