  • Is it possible to change/designate the name on the coupon to one that is different the original owner?

    Answer : The name on the coupon can be changed given by the original owner’s consent

  • When does the coupon become valid and when does it expire?

    Answer : You can start using the coupons from the date of receipt of the coupon until the expiration date. 
                     The expiration date will be displayed at the end of the coupon, e.g. we reserve the right to use the coupon 
                     until dd/mm/yyyy.

                     Note: No refund will be made if service is not availed within the period mentioned on coupon.

  • What happens if I lose or forget to bring the coupon when I come to the hospital?

    Answer: You can check the coupons via SMS, E-Mail or inform your name-surname with the staff for verification.

  • How do I transfer ownership of the coupon?

    Answer : How to transfer the right to use the service

                    1. Specify the name-surname of person who are entitled to receive services on the coupon.
                    2. Sign the coupon’s owner as proof

  • What are the preparation procedures before arriving at the hospital?

    Answer : You can check the preparation process before using the service on the product details page or search 
                     through the following channels.

                   1. Go to the “Customer Service” menu
                   2. Click “Prepare for health check-up
                   3. Fill in the package’s name that you want to find the the preparation for health checkup
